Use ready-made templates to save time

Save favorite templates for quick reuse in new campaigns.

1. Access the Templates Area

In the platform's sidebar menu, click on "Templates".

In this section, you can:
  • View all saved templates

  • Edit or delete existing templates

  • Create new templates to use in your campaigns


2. Create or Edit Template

 

2.1. Email Template

How to create:

  1. Click on "New Template"

  2. Select the type "Email"

  3. Define a descriptive name (example: Welcome Client)

  4. Fill in the fields:

    • Email subject

    • Message body, using dynamic fields like {name} for personalization

Example message:

“Hello {name}, we would like to know about your experience. Please answer our survey!”

  1. Click on "Save"

  2. Use the "Preview" function to check how the template will be displayed

 


2.2. SMS Template

How to create:

  1. Click on "New Template"

  2. Select the type "SMS"

  3. Define a clear name (example: Post-sale Survey)

  4. Write the message with up to 160 characters, including the survey link

Important: Longer messages can be divided into multiple SMS. Avoid using accents or special characters to ensure better delivery.

Example message:

“Hi {name}, can you rate your service? Answer here: {short_link}”

  1. Click on "Save"

  2. Use the "Preview" function to review the content before use.
