Manage customer questions efficiently

Answer questions asked on Google profiles, create custom FAQs, and strengthen your brand's digital presence more efficiently.

1. View Received Questions

  • On the Q&A home screen, you will be able to see all questions asked on Google profiles that are connected to your account.


2. Apply Filters for Analysis

  • Use advanced filters to organize and refine the display of questions:

    • Question status: see if the question is "answered" or "pending".

    • Period: set a specific date, for example, from 06/01 to 06/10/2025.

    • Location: filter by state and city of your establishments.


3. Respond Directly from the Platform

  • To answer a question, simply click on it in the list. You will be able to respond without having to leave the Harmo platform and manually go to the Google profile.
