Create and Manage Custom FAQs
This section allows you to build a library of personalized Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for your brand, ensuring standardized and efficient communication.
1. Create a New Custom FAQ
- Within the "FAQ" tab (or "Owner FAQ"), click "New FAQ" to start creating your own list of frequently asked questions.
- Define the questions and answers that are most relevant to your audience and aligned with your brand's positioning.
2. Link FAQs to Establishments
- You can link each FAQ you create to one or more establishments in your network. This helps maintain standardized communication adapted to the profile of each unit.
3. View Most Cited Terms
- The platform allows you to identify patterns in user questions based on the most recurring terms in the questions. This strategic view helps in creating more targeted and efficient FAQ content.
