Automate triggers with smart rules

Define automatic rules to send surveys at the right time.

Accessing the functionality

Go to:

Menu > Listen > Campaigns


1. Quarantine

Prevent multiple responses from the same customer in a short period.

  • Activated: blocks new responses for a defined period (e.g., 30 days)

  • Deactivated: allows unlimited responses from the same person


2. Reminder Sending

Boost survey reach with automatic reminders.

  • Active: send a reminder after a number of days without response

    • Example: "Send a reminder after 7 days"

    • Can be applied to all sends of the campaign


3. Blocking and Personalization Settings

3.1. Blacklist

Exclude specific contacts from receiving the survey.

  • Add emails, CPF numbers, or other identifiers

  • Customize the message displayed to the blocked user
    • Example: "You are not eligible for this survey."

3.2. Custom Parameters

Insert dynamic data into survey links.

  • Use fields like {customer_name} or {order_code}

  • Activated: allows the use of custom variables in sends

  • Deactivated: the link remains generic


4. Device Blocking

Prevent multiple responses from the same device.

  • Activated: prevents repeated responses from the same device (mobile or computer)

  • Deactivated: allows multiple responses from the same device


5. Response Period

Define how long the survey link will remain active after sending.

  • Example: if set to 7 days, the link expires after this period

  • Deactivated: the link remains valid indefinitely


6. Application Period

Define a fixed time window for the campaign to be active.

  • Example: from 08/01/2025 to 08/31/2025

  • Application Period: based on fixed dates

  • Response Period: based on time since sending

  • Deactivated: the campaign remains active without date limits


7. Integrations and Channels

7.1. API

Integrate your campaign with external systems.

  • Use the survey UUID to make API connections with CRMs or other platforms

7.2. Automated Sends

Configure the channels through which the survey will be sent.

  • Available channels: Email, SMS, and WhatsApp

  • Activate only those necessary for the campaign
