Track your campaign's performance with complete reports, individual data, and strategic indicators.
1. General Data
Macro view of the campaign with summarized metrics and visual graphs.
How to access:

Go to the left sidebar menu and click on “Reports”

The "GENERAL DATA" tab will be displayed automatically

Use the campaign selector at the top to switch between surveys (e.g., “NPS | Totem")
What you'll find:

Surveys: started, completed, and abandoned
-
Average time to respond
-
First response and device used (Desktop/Mobile)
-
Graph visualization: in table, bar, or line format
-
Exports: download graphs in PNG and data in Excel
Period filter:

Use the date selector in the upper right corner to define the analysis interval
2. Individual Data
Analyze each response separately with details and sentiment filters.
How to access:

Select the desired campaign

Click on the “INDIVIDUAL DATA” tab
What you'll find:

Filter by Sentiment: Detractors, Neutrals, or Promoters

Timeline of the interaction
-
Respondent's name, response date, and question details
-
Indication of answered or skipped questions
3. Quick Cross-referencing
View NPS segmented by operational variables, such as State (UF), state, or establishment..
How to access:

Select the campaign
-
Go to the “QUICK CROSS-REFERENCING” tab
How to use:

Choose the operational data from the dropdown menu (e.g., Establishment or UF)
-
View NPS by category, along with the number of responses
- Adjust the analysis period using the date selector
Important: To view data by variable, it is necessary to import a spreadsheet that associates contacts with these operational fields.
4. Review Solicitor
See how many promoters clicked to review your brand on Google.
How to access:

Access the “REVIEW SOLICITOR” tab after selecting the campaign
What you'll find:

Conversion rate: percentage of solicited customers who clicked to review

Adjust the analysis period in the upper right corner
