Sending surveys via Email and SMS
Choose between email and SMS to send your survey efficiently and personalized.
1. Email Sending
Personalize your message and send surveys directly to customers' inboxes.
Step-by-step:

Channel selection: Go to the campaign sending screen, click on "EMAIL" and then on "Select".

Contact import:

Click on "Download template" to download the standard spreadsheet.

Fill in with your customers' data, with columns such as:

Choose a saved template or create a new one.

Subject: define an attractive title (e.g., "Your opinion is important!")

Avoid special characters (ç, á, ã, ê etc.) to avoid corrupting the message or exceeding the limit
