1. Information filter

Refine your analysis to view more relevant data.

You can filter data by:

  • Channel: Choose the specific channels where you want to analyze reviews (e.g., Google, iFood, TripAdvisor, etc).

  • Period: Define the date range you want to observe, which can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually


2. General Summary Panel

Visualize an overview of reviews in the filtered period.

Here you see:

  • The breakdown of reviews by sentiment type: positive, neutral, and negative.
  • The total number of reviews received in the selected period

3. Reviews by Sentiment Graph

Track the evolution of sentiments over time.

  • Customizable frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually

  • Activate the annual comparison to see the variation compared to the same period of the previous year


4. Average Stars

Monitor average customer satisfaction.

In this graph you can visualize:

  • View the average stars per day within the filtered period

  • Allows analysis by frequency and annual comparison

  • It is also possible to filter by rating.


5. Reviews by Gender

Understand the profile of those reviewing your business.

  • The graph shows the distribution of reviews by gender

  • When gender is not identifiable, it appears as “Unidentified”

  • The classification is based on the analysis of the Google profile name


6. Most Cited Categories by Sentiment

Identify the most mentioned topics in reviews.

  • See which categories stand out in positive, neutral, and negative reviews

  • This view helps to better understand strengths and main areas for improvement


7. Word Cloud

Discover the most recurring terms in customer comments.

  • Larger words indicate higher frequency of citation

  • The cloud can be viewed generally or filtered by sentiment


8. Response Rate

Evaluate team performance in responding to reviews.

  • See the percentage of reviews responded to in the selected period

  • This data is essential for tracking team agility and commitment
