1. Direct Channel Sending
1.1 Email
Send personalized surveys directly to the customer's inbox.
How to configure:

Access the Sending tab and click on "Select" in the EMAIL option

160 character limit per message

Link is automatically shortened to save space

Tip: review the database to avoid duplicate or invalid numbers, optimizing your costs
2. Anonymous Link
Create a public and permanent link to share your survey on any channel.

Free access: does not require customer identification

Where to use:

Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

3. QR Code
Offer survey access via mobile camera.

Standard QR Code:

Click on “Export” to download the image

Can be used on totems, tables, packaging, etc.

QR Code by Store:

Import a spreadsheet with store IDs

Click on “Generate QRCodes”

Each unit will have its unique code

Status “QRCodes generated” will be displayed after completion

Specific cases:

Mark as “Externally generated QR Codes” if using another tool

QR on fiscal receipt: requires technical support for integration

4. Widget (Website/App)
Add a survey invitation directly to your website or app..
How to activate:

Access the Widgets area and click on “Assigned” or “Configure”

Define:
-
Time to appear (e.g., after 15 seconds)
-
Position on screen (e.g., bottom right corner))
-
Frequency of display for the same user (e.g., reappears after 90 days)

Copy the integration code and paste it into the HTML of your website or application
