Choose how to distribute your surveys

Choose the best channels to deliver your surveys to customers.

Choose between email, SMS, public link, QR Code, or widget to reach your customers easily and efficiently.

1. Direct Channel Sending

1.1 Email

Send personalized surveys directly to the customer's inbox.

How to configure:

  • Access the Sending tab and click on "Select" in the EMAIL option

  • Importe a base de contatos via planilha (CSV ou Excel). Use o modelo da plataforma: name, email, unit

  • Personalize the content:

    • Subject: something direct and attractive (e.g., "Rate your experience with us!")

    • Email body: include the survey link (e.g., https://irmo.mo/TPub/spb) and variables like {name}

  • Choose the sending type:

    • Immediate: instant sending

    • Scheduled: define specific date and time

1.2 SMS

Direct and fast sending with a mobile-adapted format.

  • Same flow as email sending

  • 160 character limit per message

  • Link is automatically shortened to save space

  • Tip: review the database to avoid duplicate or invalid numbers, optimizing your costs


2. Anonymous Link

Create a public and permanent link to share your survey on any channel.

  • Free access: does not require customer identification

  • Where to use:

    • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

    • WhatsApp and other messaging apps

    • Manual emails, websites, newsletters

  • Example: https://irmo.mo/TPub/spb


3. QR Code

Offer survey access via mobile camera.

  • Standard QR Code:

    • Click on “Export” to download the image

    • Can be used on totems, tables, packaging, etc.

  • QR Code by Store:

    • Import a spreadsheet with store IDs

    • Click on “Generate QRCodes”

    • Each unit will have its unique code

    • Status “QRCodes generated” will be displayed after completion

  • Specific cases:

    • Mark as “Externally generated QR Codes” if using another tool

    • QR on fiscal receipt: requires technical support for integration


4. Widget (Website/App)

Add a survey invitation directly to your website or app..

How to activate:

  • Access the Widgets area and click on “Assigned” or “Configure”

  • Define:

    • Time to appear (e.g., after 15 seconds)

    • Position on screen (e.g., bottom right corner))

    • Frequency of display for the same user (e.g., reappears after 90 days)

  • Copy the integration code and paste it into the HTML of your website or application
