Optimize your Google profile
Edit information, photos, and hours of your Google profiles in bulk, ensuring updated data across all units.
1. Accessing the Functionality

To access, go to: Menu > [ATTRACT] > [Google Profile Management].
2. Information Filter

Use the filters available on the screen to quickly locate one or more registered establishments
3. Information Editing
Information can be edited individually or in bulk. The fields available for update include:

Store code
-
Profile name
-
Opening status
-
Category
-
Attributes
-
Services
-
Address
-
Coverage area
-
Regular hours
-
Special hours
-
Phone and WhatsApp
-
Website
-
Menu link
-
Social media
-
Description
-
Logo
-
Cover image
4. Individual Editing
To edit a single establishment, follow these steps:

In the list of establishments, click the settings icon (⚙️) in the “Actions” column.

A new screen will open, showing all available fields for editing.

Make the necessary adjustments to the establishment’s information.
-
Click [Save] to apply the changes.

Note: This screen concentrates all establishment information for complete and detailed editing.

5. Bulk Editing
To perform edits on multiple establishments simultaneously:

On the main Google Profile Management page, click the [edit all] button.

When the "Bulk Editing" screen opens:

Select the field you want to change (e.g., [website]).
-
Click [Edit], and enter the desired new information.
-
Click [Save] and then [Replicate] to apply the change to all selected establishments.

Tip: To replicate the operating hours of one location to others, edit the field and click "Replicate" in the table.

- Finalize the process by clicking [Save] in the upper right corner of the screen.
6. Tracking Updates

After execution: An email will confirm the start of the update process.
-
During the process: Automatic emails will be sent every 24 hours, for a period of up to 3 days, informing about the progress.

When finalized: You will receive a notification stating that the update was successfully completed.

In case of failure: A specific email will be sent, indicating the inconsistency so that the correction can be made quickly.
