1. Access the performance comparison

Visualize your network's performance with a ranking by various metrics.

The Comparison section allows you to compare all registered stores or groups, with indicators that help identify the best performers and those that need attention.

2. Use filters to compare stores and groups

Filter by store, group, or period for specific analyses.

• Apply filters to refine your visualization

• Compare different stores or groups within the same period

• Download data in a spreadsheet to cross-reference with other sources, if necessary

3. Customize columns

Choose the metrics you want to view in the table.

In the Column Editing option, you can select the most relevant data for your analysis, such as:

• Number of reviews

• Average rating

• Sentiment of reviews

• Response rate

• Among other available metrics

4. Use the simplified version (optional)

View only reviews and ratings per store in a streamlined visualization.

• Export in Excel format with only essential data
