Create posts that engage your customers

Create and publish posts directly on the platform to promote offers and engage customers on Google.

 

1. Create a New Post

  • On the [Posts] tab, you can create publications for your network's profiles and increase conversion on Google. 


 

2. Post Monitoring

Track posts easily, viewing:

  • Scheduled posts.
  • Already published posts.


 

3. Filters and New Post Button

  • Use the filter to select the desired period.

  • Click on [New post] to start a new publication.


 

4. Choose How You Want to Post

When clicking on [New post], choose how to select locations:

  • By filter within the platform.

  • Or by spreadsheet (using the available template).


 

5. Location Selection

If you choose to filter, you can:

  • Select all locations.

  • Manually choose using the "+ Select location" button.

  • Filter by country, state, city, or use free search.


 

6. Proceed to Next Step

  • After choosing the locations, click [Next] to continue with the publication.


 

7. Post Type

  • Choose the desired post type.

  • Important: The available post type depends on the profile segment. For example, pharmacy profiles cannot create Offer type posts.


 

8. Fill in Information

  • Complete the mandatory fields of the post and click [Next] to continue.

  • Consult Google's posting guidelines to ensure compliance.


 

9. Review and Publish

  • Review the entered data and choose:

    • Publish now
    • Agendar para depois


 

10. Publication Confirmation

  • After finalizing, you will see a message informing that the post is being processed for publication.
