Create posts that engage your customers
Create and publish posts directly on the platform to promote offers and engage customers on Google.
1. Create a New Post

On the [Posts] tab, you can create publications for your network's profiles and increase conversion on Google.
2. Post Monitoring
Track posts easily, viewing:
- Scheduled posts.

Already published posts.
3. Filters and New Post Button

Use the filter to select the desired period.

Click on [New post] to start a new publication.
4. Choose How You Want to Post
When clicking on [New post], choose how to select locations:

By filter within the platform.

Or by spreadsheet (using the available template).
5. Location Selection
If you choose to filter, you can:

Select all locations.

Manually choose using the "+ Select location" button.

Filter by country, state, city, or use free search.
6. Proceed to Next Step

After choosing the locations, click [Next] to continue with the publication.
7. Post Type

Choose the desired post type.

Important: The available post type depends on the profile segment. For example, pharmacy profiles cannot create Offer type posts.
8. Fill in Information

Complete the mandatory fields of the post and click [Next] to continue.

Consult Google's posting guidelines to ensure compliance.
9. Review and Publish

Review the entered data and choose:
- Publish now

10. Publication Confirmation

After finalizing, you will see a message informing that the post is being processed for publication.
